Sesna Rivera is the principal of Children’s Orchard Academy. She has been a principal for 6 years and has won multiple awards for consecutive years; including Best of the West, Best of Lubbock, and Lubbock’s Parent Choice award for the school she lead. She is a Texas Tech University graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. Leading up to her time as a principal, Sesna worked with children in different settings for 4 years that mostly included child care and behavioral therapy. Sesna’s passion and purpose in life is to lead others to be a better version of themselves. She believes whole heartedly in the ministry of training children through Christian-based faith and an accelerated curriculum. Sesna works hands on with her team and families to give the safest, most loving, and purposeful environment to all her students!
